01Who it's for
- Loan officers: "Brief me on this contact", "Log a note and set a follow-up".
- Admins: "Build a journey", "Draft an email".
02What it does
- Finds and briefs on contacts, reads the pipeline and loans
- Creates leads, notes and tasks, and completes tasks, in the user's own book
- Hands journeys and email/SMS templates to the Journey and Content Assistants; more specialists can be connected
- Loan officers get journeys and templates read-only; only admins author
- Thumbs up / down feedback on every answer
