Agentic / One-pager
Loan Persona Builder Describe the borrower. Get the gate.
A borrower-facing configuration layer, separate from the internal Lending Agent Builder: it defines what a given borrower segment can see, edit, or trigger on their own, versus what needs the LO.

01Who it's for
- Admins, who define a borrower persona by describing it in plain language, not filling out a permissions matrix.
- Borrowers, who get a self-serve experience scoped to what they're actually allowed to do.
- Loan officers, who stay the gate for anything the policy doesn't clear for self-serve.
02What it does
- An admin describes a loan-participant persona in natural language, in the existing admin console; the builder translates that into a gating policy attached to the lead or application record.
- The gating policy is evaluated by the orchestration engine before it exposes a UI affordance or agent action to the borrower — not hardcoded per-channel logic inside the SMS or voice agent.
- A test experience lets the admin preview the borrower-facing flow as that persona would see it, before publishing — the gating-policy equivalent of a lending agent's shadow mode.
- Covers both data visibility (what a borrower can view) and actions (upload a document, chat with the SMS assistant, see rate/fee detail) at the same gate.
